Terms and Conditions 1. Seller The seller is Studio Amber s.r.o. Sokolovská 231/35, Karlín, 186 00 Praha Company ID (IČO): 01500368. Email: info@oldbohemianviolin.de. 2. Products The shop offers antique and used string instruments and bows. Age-related wear, repairs and individual characteristics are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Each item is generally a unique piece. 3. Order and contract The presentation of an item is not a binding offer. By submitting the order form, the customer makes a binding request to purchase. A contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order or dispatches the item. 4. Prices and payment Prices are stated in euro. Applicable shipping charges are shown separately. Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer. The item may be reserved for the period stated in the order confirmation. 5. Delivery Delivery is made to the agreed address. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. Import duties, taxes and handling fees outside the European Union may be payable by the recipient. 6. Retention of title The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. 7. Defects and transport damage Statutory rights regarding defects apply. Customers are asked to document visible transport damage promptly; failure to do so does not limit mandatory consumer rights. 8. Withdrawal Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers receive the legally required information separately. Mandatory consumer-protection law remains unaffected. 9. Applicable law Czech law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
